Clinton Bleaney grew up in the small town of Port Hardy, B.C. Located on the North Tip of Vancouver Island. He was raised by his Father, an accomplished Shake Blocking Business Owner.  Clinton was introduced to the shake block industry at an early age. Throughout school he developed the love for art, foremost, wood work and sketching.
After graduation, Clinton became a full time Shake Blocker for his Fathers Company. After 7 years of long work days and Camp life, he decided to take an opportunity presented to him to become a Certified Faller.  Clinton moved to Powell River, B.C. and took a position over there as a full time Faller. As the industry took a turn for the worse, so did the amount of work available. With the occasional Tree Topping job here and there, Clinton found himself without steady work, and bored... So he picked up his chainsaw and headed to the backyard. Clinton carved his first eagle that day. Without the help of anything other than his saw.
The industry picked back up and Clinton now works independently as a Faller out on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Carving is a huge part of his life. Clinton's carvings are 100% chainsaw crafted, no use of small tools are used in the making of any of his carvings. He enjoys carving on his spare time and weekends.
Clintons carvings are a staple in many homes, driveways, on many porches, and infront of buisnesses throughout Vancouver Island, Powell River and the Mainland.
Clinton currently resides in Port Hardy B.C.
